A)  One Construction Corporation reserves the right to decline membership, terminate membership, terminate advertisements etc. if material is deemed offensive, misleading or false.  One Construction Corporation handles, drafts, posts, publishes and maintains advertisements and services, exclusively.  All advertisements, memberships, listings, postings, etc. will be made available for review and approval prior to publishing, no later than 15 days after receipt of material.  One Construction Corporation and this website are owned by Terry Romine (DBA One Dimension Construction Services) and are bound and governed by the rules and regulations of the state of West Virginia.  Any legal matters, collection matters, payment matters, loss of payment, etc. could result in legal fees and additional fees that One Construction Corporation will pursue appropriately and according to the laws and regulations of the state of West Virginia.

B)  Invoices will be sent via paypal once all necessary information is collected, prior to publishing data.  Terms and Conditions:  Payment must be received within 5 calendar days or services, advertisements, membership, etc. will be terminated.

C)  Membership and associated services / memberships will expire 30 days after advertised period.  Any Affiliates' websites, advertisements, associated services / memberships will be lost after 30 days from expiration date.  One Construction Corporation will only email 30 days prior to expiration date.

D)  One Construction Corporation reserves the right to discontinue services, memberships, listings, advertisements, etc. with written notice and will retain no less than a 25% administrative fee and may return a portion of the unused funds for such items after an agreement is reached between One Construction Corporation and related member(s).  Also, One Construction Corporation reserves the right to increase fees associated with services, advertisements, listings, etc. after written notice is given.  As well, additional services might be added at future dates and be made available to membership at an appropriate reduced or full value.

E)  Membership includes affiliates, therefore, affiliates are required to accept and enforce terms, conditions, regulations, etc. accordingly or risk termination and loss of future benefits, membership(s), advertisements, listings, commissions, discounts and related benefits, membership(s), advertisements, listings, commissions, discounts, etc.  Rights and ownership remain with One Construction Corporation unless prior arrangements are made to transfer ownership to another person or member (additional fees may apply).  Affiliates and One Construction Corporation will initiate an agreement upon payment being received for initial year or portions of year and is automatically renewed upon receipt of subsequent payments thereafter.

F)  Any membership matters or issues associated with membership, advertisements, listings, postings, etc. that involve conflicts or could result in conflicts must be brought to the attention of One Construction Corporation immediately.
